BUILD A LAVA LAMP

Decorating house is not only a hobby, It's actually an art. And when tech Geeks comes-to it, no one can beat them.

Lava lamps are cool. If you come across one, you would probably stop and get lost into the colorful blobs floating inside. (Yeah…! I know its cool😑.) Want one right beside your bed…? Well, you can build one for your own at home. Wash out a regular transparent Soda bottle with a cap on it. Fill three quarters of the bottle with vegetable oil and remaining with water. Add a few drops of food colouring of your choice ( I prefer Blue👽) to an extent where the liquid stops looking tooooooo transparent. To emulate the Fizzing, you can either use regular tablet salt or an effervescent tablet. Salts only lats only for a few seconds. But if you break up an effervescent tablet and drop them In, the fizz stays longer (not to eternity..duh..!😅) Effervescent tablets are made of vitamin C so, any vitamin C tablet will do the magic. Make sure you break them up to maximize the frizz.

       And as soon as you drop the tablets, close the cap, Tilt the bottle a couple of time ( and say some magical words : bla bla blu blu ble ble bla😆😆😉) and watch the magic happen. If the fizz stops then simply add some more tablets. Place the bottle on a light source or point a flash light to it and switch off the room’s main light. This will complete the look.

     You can also add a darker colour and add some glitter or sparkles to add a nebula-like look. Adding Glow-in-the-dark-Paint instead of food colour will make this make more interesting.😇

After becoming an expert you can make it in glass and even other thing. But one thing will always remain constant is the beauty of this.
